I like the way you wanted to picture the sun, the colours that one could observe when sun rays encounter various types of clouds. The sun here looks as an iris, clouds and mountains resemble eyelids. The sky with its colour range, from washed-out cyan to deep blue switching to purple is very pleasing.
The pines and grass in the foreground are a nice contrast and, at the same time, you can easily realize that this beautiful sun is what allows them to grow.
However, I must say I'm not delighted by the colours in the foreground. Tuning the sun wasn't a bad idea, but overall the image looks too "HDR-ish". The brighter parts over the trees can be overlooked, but the colour saturation of the pines and those orange parts of flora was set way too high. It looks very unnatural - like somebody poured here tons of fluid, especially from green-coloured chemical snap-sticks - and that impacts... the impact of the image. To sum up - I like the vision, the image is quite original, but as about half of the image is worth 5 stars and the other one 2, there's 3.5 star for technique and impact.
